Run all of the general rule file and the specific algebra file
for these rules to be available.
These have not been turned into packages so it is easier to read
them and use the material as examples for other calculations
This is a rough & ready set of files, it has not been polished
and it is not supported. It operates under an open source public
license for personal use - if you make improvements, return
these to the author so that they can be added to the web page.
The license specifically prohibits commercialization.
